-all any time can completely end themselves. Just by will. Including when they are dead. With no afterlife. In their place is an instant double. With the same thoughts the previous version was having. And this might have been an ability all on Earth or anywhere else has all along

-all anyone from our Earth / s. Can create almost any miracle. They can will to create and shaped billions of Multiverses in an instant if they want. But these miracles effect off in space. They can't interfere with others' miracles. Each persons' miracles they create are limited to a separate place 

-maybe all along. Anyone in space, Earth, in any afterlife. Had the power to completely end themselves. But an instant double appears. You are over for good. ALL ALONG people have ALWAYS had this ability. And maybe from recently almost all can create masses of whatever they like. As long as it doesn't appear in other's work or the real world
